Load Box Test System for Loco Engine

Load Box Tests are performed to study the capability and performance of the loco engine by simulating the actual working condition of the locomotive at rated output, in static condition. The performance of the loco engine is determined by measuring different parameters of the loco manually.

The Load Box Test System from ApnaTech provides an automated test platform which is capable of starting the loco engine, controlling the alternator output, running the engine at various loads for set time, acquiring various operational parameters of the engine, alternator and the load box. The system also calculates, logs various derived parameters at high speeds, displays the data in various user-configurable formats and generate custom reports as per user requirements.
