Baskar Ceri, Managing Director , CEO
Baskar Ceri leads Apna Technologies &
Solutions bringing with him more than a decade
of experience in the field, of which 7 years
are from National Instruments USA and National
Instruments India. His Masters from Vanderbilt
University, Nashville, USA and his work experience
at National Instruments Corporation, Austin,
USA brings in the western working environment
and the drive for quality and customer satisfaction
into the Indian hard work culture making it
a winning combination. Baskar Ceri was a part
of the two member startup team and was instrumental
in setting up the National Instruments Indian
operations that has grown several folds since
started in 1998. His experience in different
activities right form application engineering,
marketing to sales and his technical knowledge
and expertise drives Apna Technologies &
Solutions to the next level.
Gigi
Mathews
Gigi Mathews is one of the Founding Partners
& Directors of Apna Technologies &
Solutions Pvt Ltd. Gigi has spent over five
years in high level management roles and
her main expertise is focused on Human Resources
and Business Operations. Her strong educational
background in the field of Finance, Business
& HR has contributed to the success
of building a more Productive and a Humane
Organization. She mainly concentrates on
executing strategies to improve performance,
increase productivity, grow revenues and
identify high potential areas for expansion
and controlling the cost of doing business.
Gigi oversees managers who direct various
functions and implement organizational policies
on a day-to-day basis. She is involved in
formulating policies, and works directly
with the Core Team in the development and
implementation of corporate goals and new
business development plans. Her strong sense
of people nurturing makes her a strong mentor
in the area of building leaders in the organization.
Prior to joining Apna Gigi Mathews worked
in ESPN and National Instruments
Senthil Raj Desappan
Senthil Raj Desappan is the Director of Engineering
at Apna Technologies & Solutions.
He is accountable for the overall technological
direction of Apna. Senthil oversees all engineering
activities, including research, design and
development. His main focus is planning,
implementing and maintaining an efficient
technology infrastructure. Senthil provides
leadership for Apna Engineering Planning and
budgeting for projects and programs. Senthil
also leads the Automotive Product Team which
has built strong product lines in the area.
He also provides Apna with the Vision and
strategic plans to utilize measurement, automation
& control as a competitive tool to establish
leadership. Senthil works in determining Apna’s
engineering goals, and makes detailed plans
to accomplish these, which includes improving
engineering processes and advancing research
& development.
Vinay G Gavagal, COO
Vinay G Gavagal is the Chief Operating Officer
(COO) of Apna Technologies
& Solutions. He brings over 10 years of
experience and oversees Apna’s process
development & deployment, quality, documentation
and profitability groups. His main focus is
on planning, implementing & maintaining
an effective metric driven framework for growth
of Apna. His expertise lies in managing the
project selection process, ensuring projects
begin and remain aligned with organizational
goals with a focus on quality & profitability.

Ram Kumar
Ram Kumar heads the Sales Functions
of Apna Technologies & Solutions.
He is responsible for coordinating
the identification, pursuit and generation
of new business opportunities for
Apna. He oversees a team in developing
and executing successful sales and
marketing strategies. Ram is thoroughly
knowledgeable about clients, business,
strategy, products, services, finances
and competitive forces. His main goal
is to meet and exceed revenue targets
by ensuring that new business is continually
developed and maintained. Rams main
focus is building a domain expertise
for APNA in the Automotive Industry
globally. His main expertise lies
in providing Test & Measurement
Solutions for the Automotive Industry.
Ram also has excellent project management
skills, and is adept at leading and
supervising teams and setting and
achieving goals. Ram also oversees
the development of integrated communications
strategies & plans, based on marketing
and business goals targeted to all
industries. He manages all aspects
of budgeting, events, and public relations
with respect to Business Development.

Lakshmana Kumar
Lakshmana Kumar, represents Apna
Technologies & Solutions is the
capacity of a Senior Engineering Manager.
Lakshman directs other engineering
managers, and has highly developed
communication and management skills.
Lakshman’s main focus is planning,
coordinating, and overseeing the successful
implementation of projects. He provides
engineering expertise and is passionate
about mentoring & nurturing engineers.
He uses his advanced technical knowledge
of engineering and science to oversee
a variety of engineering activities.
His most distinctive strength is his
managerial skills to spear-head the
most challenging projects and executing
the same in the way that is best for
the success and growth of the Company.
Mary
Paschal
Mary Paschal leads Apna Technologies &
Solutions in the capacity of the Operations
Head. Mary plans and directs operational
activities at the highest level of management.
Her educational background coupled with
her 12 plus years of rich career experience
in a variety of fields has facilitated in
maintaining smooth operational functions
for the Organization. She is also involved
in formulating operational policies and
plans the use of materials and human resources.
Mary ensures that the daily operations are
managed efficiently and cost effectively.
She is passionate about the top and bottom
line growth of the Company and is vigilantly
and continuously monitoring the steadiness
alongside with the company CEO.

Arun Kumar
Arun Kumar manages & oversees the growth
of the Company in the niche area of Automotive.
His main focus is to collect, review, and
analyze information, present recommendations,
and assist in the implementation of projects
and development of products in this area.
His cutting edge knowledge base and expertise
in solutions in the area of Automotive is
a huge pillar of growth and innovation to
the Automotive Product Team. Another area
which Arun excels in is the area of identifying
& establishing global quality standards
which provides the edge of building a world
class organization with a commitment to
organizational goals & values. Arun
has strong mentoring skills which has been
instrumental in building leaders in the
organization.

Annapoorni
Annapoorani Muthuraman leads the organization
in the capacity of an Engineering Manager.
She is responsible for managing projects
from development through to successful completion.
Annapoorani mainly oversees project plan
development, scope planning, project communications,
managing project resources, time management,
identifying risks, cost/budget management,
quality assurance, performance reporting
and evaluation. She constantly strives to
ensure projects are completed on time and
on budget, and often works within tight
timelines. Her profound knowledge of the
Measurement, Automation & Control Industry
coupled with highly efficient management
skills helps her build an excellent rapport
with clients and gives a strong edge to
Apna. Her characteristic enthusiasm

M. Valliappan
Valliappan Meyyappan leads the Engineering
Team as an Engineering Manager. Valliappan
oversees multiple projects and coordinates
with clients from various industries. His
wide knowledge and experience in the industry
helps him in building a long lasting client
relationship which has been an important
ingredient for the growth of the Company.
Valliappan’s knowledge, skills and
understanding of strong customer relationships
contribute strongly to the organization’s
success.
His main focus is to give profound technical
direction to projects which ensures that every
project is successfully completed. Valliappan
has been with Apna from its inception and
his first project won the Prestigious Blue
Eagle Award which was conferred by National
Instruments as the best application in Virtual
Instrumentation.
U. Harsha Vardhan
Harsha Vardhan provides leadership in the area of Sales & Strategic Engineering Marketing. His main expertise is to analyze and suggest test & measurement solutions to various industries. His main focus is to oversee business development and provide engineering expertise to clients. Harsha combines his knowledge and experience of the industry and his engineering expertise to give Apna an edge in establishing product development activities. He develops clients from diverse industries, from Healthcare to Aerospace, his knowledge of the fundamentals of sales & marketing is his main strength. Harsha is enthusiastic about the products and services Apna promotes, and he is highly proficient at the identification and expansion of target industries.

Prasanna
V. S Prasanna is a Marine Engineer by profession with about 12 years of work experience, gathered in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural, multi national work environmental in both on and off shore. A hands-on engineer, Prasanna brings with him a great skill and expertise in project management and general operations. His multi faceted discipline technical expertise provides for seamless cross functional process integration with in the organization.

Piyush currently manages client relationships,
growth strategy and financial planning for
Apna’s operations in North India.
Piyush also serves on the board of directors
for Pinig Systems, a knowledge management
and IT services company.
